We want you to love your order from Salarah Studio. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Because our products are made in small batches, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used stickers or merchandise

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked courier service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
