Every order from Salarah Studio is packed and shipped from Cape Town, South Africa.
We’re a small studio, so each order is prepared with care before it begins its journey to you.
Order Processing vs Shipping Time
Please note that processing time and delivery time are different.

Processing time (1–3 business days) is the time it takes for us to prepare and pack your order.

Delivery time (2–5 business days) begins once your parcel has been collected by the courier.
In total, most orders arrive within 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
Some items, such as printed apparel, are made to order and may take slightly longer to prepare before shipping.
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Options
Courier Delivery (2–5 business days)
Your order is delivered directly to your door via The Courier Guy.
Courier delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order has shipped.
PUDO Locker Pickup (2–5 business days)
You can collect your order from a nearby locker using PUDO.
Once your parcel arrives at the locker, you will receive a PIN code to collect your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We currently ship anywhere in South Africa.
✨ Free shipping is available on orders over R600.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to you.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, courier delays can occasionally occur during busy periods. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
